Behind Closed Doors
Over this past weekend I went home to work at my first job, Foot Locker. While working there was a family that came in to buy kid shoes. This lady was being all around rude talking about her children friends. Saying how they have speech problems and their parents are stupid. Right there it turned me off and made me not want to help her. It was a mother, father, two sons, and a young girl. She brought one child a pair of shoes and some socks. The other boy became angry and asked why he didn't get any. The mother told him because she loves him more. He started crying and you could tell it was hurting him. He kept asking and by his actions he had some type of mental problem. Finally his mother brought him the cheapest pair of shoes but told him he could not get any socks. So my manager gave him a free pair. It just goes to show that we never know what goes on at home.
